About Blaker Street Bakery
We at Blaker Street Bakery want to give our customers a personal and wonderful experience with bread and pastries of the best quality. We don't bother anywhere, but do everything from scratch. If you sit down with us, we want you to have a cozy moment with good coffee to go with fine pastries, sandwiches, salads and much more. We like to be creative and are often inspired by our visits to other professionals in Sweden and abroad.
For us, sustainable is very important because we use good and, as far as possible, organic and locally produced. We bake with Swedish butter and cream for our pastries and cakes.
We bake everything on site in our bakery.
With us you will also find a small vegan range which we are gradually expanding. You will also find gluten-free and lactose-free confectionery products.
Almost all bread and buns are baked in the bakery's stone oven. A stone oven is very different from modern ovens, the work is more time-consuming but gives a significantly higher and more even bread quality. Baked in a stone oven gives a crispy crust and a juicier bread.
NOTE: Bageri Blaker Street Bakery has been shut down for the time being, but Gustav plans to revive the organization.
